STAQ is providing these webinars to teachers who will be teaching Year 7 Science. You may be interested if:
* you are a primary teacher transitioning to a secondary setting
* you are a secondary teacher who specialises in subjects other than science and are adding Year 7 Science to your teaching repertoire
* you would like some fresh ideas for teaching Year 7 science

Each session will provide common misconceptions, a model investigation for teachers to use in their classrooms and resources. By the end of the session you will have connections to other teachers teaching the same unit and confidence to address those ideas that trick us all.

The webinars will provide teachers from all over Queensland, including regional and rural areas, the opportunity to participate.

Please note, one week prior to each webinar, registered participants will be emailed a list of equipment for investigations that will be conducted during the webinar.
