Videos/photographs/supporting documents of entries for the Science Contest via Dropbox or a similar online sharing site. Dropbox would be the site we would recommend as you can group project files into folders and share the whole folder, rather than gathering all files into a single document. If you do choose to do it this way however, please make sure that you CLEARLY label each file with what the file is, the student’s name, year level and category. e.g. The file name for Project image, Jimmy Tring, Year 12, Communicating Science would be “ProjectImage_JimmyTring_12_CS”.   Electronic  submissions must be made by the Wed prior to judging.

Dropbox is an online file sharing system. You can log in to an existing account or create a free account here: Then you upload your video and email the link to ( For information on how to upload files to dropbox, click here. For information on how to share files in dropbox with another person, click here. Please ensure that the link is a public link, so it can be shared with the judges.

Notification of Winning Entries

Teachers of students with winning entries will be notified by email. The students & their families will be  invited to attend the presentation of awards on a Saturday, usually between 12 & 2pm two weeks after the judging day.
